Harvest Full Moon Sound Journey
Another lunar cycle culminates with this bright full moon. What is heightened in your life? Check up on the things you've accomplished in love, work and play and feel proud of what you've created. Continue to bolster the things that are important to you by putting energy from this powerful summer full moon behind them! This evening’s immersive sound invites you to settle your nervous system and create space for reflection as we transition into a new season.Light snacks will be provided. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows will be provided, or feel free to bring your own!
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin.
