Join us for an evening of immersive sound designed to calm the nervous system, invite deep relaxation, and create space for reflection. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your space. Light snacks will be provided.

Join us for a cozy evening of creativity, reflection, and intention-setting under the energy of the New Moon. Through journaling and intuitive collage, you'll create a meaningful keepsake that reflects your inner landscape and hopes for the season ahead.
Journals & collage materials will be provided, though you're welcome to bring your own favorite magazines, photos, or art supplies. Light snacks will be available.

Some songs arrive in our lives for a reason, carrying memories, wisdom, comfort, or quiet invitations to heal. Join us for a heart-centered music therapy gathering where we'll listen deeply to the songs that have shaped us, explore their lyrics, and reflect together in a supportive and sacred space. Each participant will share one meaningful song, allowing music to become a bridge to connection, insight, and personal reflection. Please send your song selection to Mj by September 14 so lyrics can be prepared for the gathering. Light snacks will be available.
