Join us for a heart-centered music therapy gathering where we'll listen deeply to the songs that have shaped us, explore their lyrics, and reflect together in a supportive and sacred space. Each participant will share one meaningful song, allowing music to become a bridge to connection, insight, and personal reflection. Please send your song selection to Mj by September 14 so lyrics can be prepared for the gathering. Light snacks will be available.
